Donna Parris founded the chorus and its mission. This scholarship fund is our way of honoring her work with both the Chorus and the community at large. The scholarship is awarded annually to a Palisades High School senior who will major or minor in music in college. Part of the mission of the chorus has been to give back to the community and to support music in the community. The scholarship award has been for $500 to a single individual, but we have hopes to enlarge the scholarship, either in the amount or the number of scholarships. We are asking you to consider a donation to the scholarship fund. Any amount would be welcome. If you write a check, make it out to Palisades Community Chorus, and put “Scholarship Fund” on the memo line. Thank you so much for your support.
